Mole Antonelliana - the Tallest Museum in the World in Turin, Italy

Mole Antonelliana, Turin, Italy. Mole refers to a monumental building, while Antonelliana honors the architect of this tallest museum in the world. Built in 1889, the building served as a synagogue and later was turned into a museum.
The landmark of Turin houses the National Museum of Cinema now, so it can definitely be called a temple of cinema. The viewpoint in the top of the Mole Antonelliana offers a bird’s-eye view: a wonderful panorama to the city and Alps opens.

Turin is also known as the capital of the Alps: summers are mild, winters are cold.
